Hillary Julius, MMS, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. With more than 15 years of dermatology experience, she is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy skin through personalized, evidence-based care.

Hillary earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude, before receiving her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies with High Honors from Nova Southeastern University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed to practice in the State of Florida.

Throughout her career, Hillary has diagnosed and treated a wide range of skin conditions, including skin cancer, acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and other medical dermatologic concerns. She also has extensive experience performing cosmetic procedures, including injectable treatments, laser rejuvenation, chemical peels, and other advanced aesthetic services. As a certified Allergan Master Injector and GAIN Master Injector, Hillary is committed to delivering natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features.

In addition to her clinical practice, Hillary has served as a sub-investigator and research coordinator for numerous dermatology clinical trials involving innovative treatments for skin disease, cosmetic injectables, and aesthetic medicine. Her research experience allows her to stay current with the latest advances in dermatology and provide patients with the highest standard of care.

At Boynton Beach Skin, Hillary offers personalized treatment plans utilizing our advanced laser technology, including fractional CO₂ resurfacing and the versatile Spectrum laser platform. By tailoring each treatment to the patient’s unique needs, she helps improve skin tone, texture, and overall skin health.

Hillary is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients and believes that education, prevention, and individualized care are the foundation of exceptional dermatology.
